This story is about an awkward girl

An a handsome, confident young man

Who both happened to be in the same place one day

They noticed each other

The boy wooed the girl

And they got married

Or, more accurately...

The awkward girl broke her leg

 The handsome, confident boy helped her to the car

 And, sadly, decided he didn't want to hang out with a wheelchair bound girl

So she wore sweet skate shoes to make him fall for her

(the boy has a quirky obsession for cool shoes)

There was a time of courting

And then they hurried off and got married...
